The concept is simple. Take Medicare and combine it with Blue Care Network, the only health maintenance organization in Michigan backed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. You get BCN Advantage with all your Medicare benefits and BCN features.
About BCN Advantage
BCN Advantage provides more benefits than traditional Medicare.It is available to all Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in Part A and Part B of Medicare.
How to enroll
Enrolling is easy. If you are an individual purchasing coverage for yourself, print our enrollment form, complete it and return it to us by fax or mail.
Network of care
The BCN Advantage provider network has more than 1,800 primary care physicians, 5,700 specialists and 49 hospitals. Search online or download a directory.
Drug list
The BCN Advantage Formulary contains information about covered drugs. Coverage is provided for both brand-name drugs and generic drugs.

Blue Care Network offers three coverage options under BCN Advantage. These options are explained in the Summary of Benefits.
Member benefits explained
The Evidence of Coverage gives details about your Medicare health coverage and explains how to get the care you need.
Group member coverage
BCN Advantage provides Comprehensive benefits designed for employer groups. Generally, the benefits are comparable to Blues plans currently offered by your group.
